From an early age, sports and fitness have played a big part in my life. I always knew that I wanted to build a career in the fitness industry, and my degree gave me the perfect foundation to do so. I’m a firm believer that your goals are our goals and I love nothing more than chatting to our members and hearing about the success stories that we have contributed to.
MANAGER & FITNESS COACH
I've been in the health and fitness industry for 4 years now. I've enjoyed sport and exercise since a young age, my background sport being football. I’ve got a sports coaching & development degree I have good amount of knowledge in all areas, I try to keep up dated with current fitness. I love motivating people and enjoy helping them reach their goals. I specialise in strength & conditioning, weight loss and functional.
NUTRITION & FITNESS COACH
My passion for sport and exercise started early! I swam for the national team, involving a strict diet and fitness routine. I have 12 years working in the industry coaching sport and teaching group exercise. My university degree also gave me the skills to help others live a healthier lifestyle!
LADIES ONLY & REHAB COACH
I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry for 5 years and I’ve enjoyed helping people to reach their goals. Whether you are 6 or 106 exercise will always be an important part of life. Toning, inch and weight loss along with mobility are the areas I love working in and encouraging people to take that first step.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
I’ve been weight lifting and strength/condition training for 5 years. I played competitive hockey from a young age, but switched the pitch to the gym after having my wonderful little boy. I decided to leave my career of 10 years to become a fitness instructor, to use my own motivation and knowledge to help and inspire others on their fitness journey. I specialise in strength & conditioning, weight loss and functional.
CLASS CO-ORDINIATOR & FITNESS COACH
I'm a bubbly and enthusiastic instructor who’s been training for 15 years and has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years. I love teaching group exercise classes such as indoor cycling, conditioning, circuits and aerobics. When I exercise I prefer to use weights and usually mix things up with heavy training and conditioning.
FITNESS & BOXING COACH
My fitness career began through Amateur boxing in which I gained many experience and now have pleasure in sharing my skills to help others with weight loss, functional, tone or general fitness. I will encourage people to get the best out of themselves, reaching out of your comfortable zone, building your confidence and self esteem.
